Debt information and priority worksheet

Bring the facts together before deciding your repayment priorities with support.

Anyone with several repayments, arrears or letters they are unsure how to handle.

Use your own notebook or print this page. These are writing prompts, not an online form: nothing you write on your copy is sent to Rudi.

Record each debt

Creditor; type of debt; balance; minimum or agreed payment; rate if known; next due date. Repeat these headings for each debt.

Flag urgent information

Arrears; court or enforcement letters; deadlines; essential services or housing affected. Do not include account numbers on a shared copy.

Prepare for advice

Where in the UK you live; what you can afford after essentials; questions for an adviser; the next contact date. This sheet does not rank debts or select a debt solution.

What to do with your notes

Circle one question you can answer next. If the exercise reveals a problem you cannot resolve, use the support linked in the debt pathway.
